I just entered in my very first cake challenge for the 26th. There are 2 categories “birthdays” and “wedding/anniversary”. I think I’m leaning more towards wedding. The competitors have 3 hrs to decorate their cakes and must be at least 3 tiers in height….. have to draw up some sketches.
fyi: this is all fondant work decorated over a mini mini cake
